This website provides general information about Cuttone Health and a way to request contact or arrange a call. Website information is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or promise of a particular outcome. Cuttone Health may update website content, services, availability, or pricing from time to time.

Do not use this website, its forms, email, or text messages to submit medical history, symptoms, medications, diagnoses, or other protected health information. Do not use them for emergencies.

Cuttone Health’s SMS program provides transactional customer care after the caller verbally opts in on a live call. Messages may include a Jane booking link, office address or hours, appointment confirmation, or a callback. The program is not for marketing or promotions, and no purchase is required to opt in.

You may receive up to 8 messages per month related to booking, hours, address, appointment confirmation, or callback. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to end messages. Text HELP for help. You may also contact patientsuccess@cuttonehealth.com or call (862) 701-9391. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Cuttone Health provides non-emergency care. Text messages, website requests, and callbacks are not monitored for emergency response. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Direct Primary Care membership is not health insurance and does not replace catastrophic or other insurance coverage. Membership terms, fees, and services are explained before enrollment.
